Voice Actor Recognition

I noticed, a few days ago, that my anime DVDs never display the names of the voice actors on the case unless they are celebrities. That really pissed me off. Just because they're celebrities, they get top billing, and the other voice actors remain uncredited on the box? Just because they're celebrities, doesn't mean they deserve special treatment. If they get put on the box, then so should the other voice actors. Voice actors are what bring the characters to life. And anyone who does that well is the one who should get top billing. Not because of how famous they are. In other words, skill should be valued over popularity.
