Like most people, I really hope that it takes place in San Andreas, because GTA: SA was, in my opinion, the best game in the franchise. With it's wide, wide open spaces, a very large number of weapons and cars, and a million things other than missions that you could do made it have years of replay value. Sometimes it was just fun to run around sniping random people, or see how long you can evade the police.
So, if you would please comment, what do you think of this? Which was your favorite game in the series?
