OBJECTION!
Me: Playing Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. Gonna try to beat most of the
Ace Attorney games this month. Objection!
Josh B: HOLD IT!! i hope you arent trying to become a lawyer by playing
these games!
Me: OBJECTION! The scenarios depicted in the Ace Attorney video game
series are fictitious and are in no way indicative of how real court cases transpire.
Me: As such, they would not be able to substitute an actual degree in law,
Me: You could say, however, that the game series is one's inspiration to
become a lawyer.
Josh B: OBJECTION!!! are you saying that now you want to become a
lawyer?
Me: OBJECTION! I never indicated anything of the sort. You are simply
making baseless conjecture.
Josh B: OVERRULED!!! on the grounds that your a douch!
Me: OBJECTION! One cannot be the judge and one of the lawyers at the
same time.
Josh B: OBJECTION!! all your objections are now diamonds! i'm on a
horse!
Me: OBJECTION! Why can't I hold all of these diamonds!?
Josh B: HOLD IT! come friend i will teach you!
Me: TAKE THAT! *Pelts you with diamonds* Ha ha! I am the winning now!
Josh B: OW WHAT THE! *throws them back* DIAMOND FIGHT!!
Me: Jean Armstrong (aka The Gay Chef): Non non! We stop all of this
silly fighting!
Josh B: *pops him in the face with a diamond*
Me: Lotta Hart: *Snaps picture* Alright! Now I can be a witness in an
assault case!
Josh B: ....crap
Me: April May: I saw it too *Wink* *Jiggle*
Josh B: *dies from laughter*
Me: Don't worry Josh! I'll be your defense attorney!
Josh B: *not sure if want*
Me: In Court: Take that! If you look at the photo that Lotta took, you can
clearly see that the Flash, as he was speeding by, caught the diamond. Which leaves us with one possibility. The Flash threw it because he's homophobic!
Josh B: HOLD IT!! the flash may have threw it but that doesn't mean he's
homophobic. everyone was throwing diamonds. the chef just happened to be in the line of fire.
Me: Ah, but the chef was only hit by ONE diamond. And regardless, I
have just proven my clients innocence, ill intentions aside.
Judge: I find the defendant NOT GUILTY
*Everyone cheers*

Well ladies and gents. I decided to make a new review series! I call it, "Random Button Adventures". What I do with this is I go to an anime streaming site and click "random" until I find an anime that I haven't seen before. I then review the first episode. This will be replacing my Anime Recommendations. Although I might make some more later.

Woops. Forgot to Post this on Here too. Good News Everyone!
After this morning's post regarding my plans to end Anime Recommendations, I got some comments encouraging me to continue the series. And after a little personal reflection, I've decided not to end it. In fact, I'm planning on possibly taking it in a new direction.
I want to make reviews of short anime I find when I click the "Random Series" button that is on most anime streaming sites. They're going to be longer, and more detailed than my current recommendations series. I'm trying to come up with a clever name. Random Button Adventures? Maybe. I'm changing the schedule to every three weeks to give me more time to absorb, understand, and critique the series, instead of dredging up dusty old memories.
Now, I "might" do this. I haven't decided whether to fully replace Recommendations, or make a second review blog. But I'm leaning more to replacing it, since I don't want to double my work so early.

Bad News
Alright, it’s time for a long, slightly depressing blog post. It’s time for some bad news that I’m sure maybe one person cares about.
I’m thinking of retiring my anime recommendation blog.
One of the reasons behind this is that I feel it’s obsolete. I started it to give recommendations from the point of view of someone recommending an anime to a complete anime newbie. But, the thing is, upon further reflection, there aren’t many anime newbies out there. Anime is much more popular, accepted, embraced, and prevalent around the world than it used to be. So it stands to reason that the amount of newbies has had a steep decline. Sure, there’s the occasional noob, curious about anime and not sure where to start. But that ties in to my next reason.
There are much better, and experienced reviewers out there than me. Sure, this probably sound like self-deprecating whining, and yes, I’ve only done 4 1/2 recommendations, but there are so many other people out there who have covered the exact same shows I have, and much better as well. So there’s really no point to me doing this, at all.
Another, more whiny reason is that, no one reads my recommendation. You’re probably thinking, “Oh, he’s only been doing it for five weeks, of course no one reads them yet.” But I like to hear what people think of my work, positive or negative, so I can improve. And I just don’t get enough interaction with readers to keep it fun, and to give me a reason to do this. After 5 weeks of little response, it gets repetitive, and stops being fun to write, and feels like more of a chore.
So, these are the extremely whiny, pathetic reasons I may stop my anime recommendations. I may do one last recommendation as a last hurrah, but I’ll probably skip this week’s since today is Thanksgiving and I won’t have time to write it.

New Pony
I made a new pony. I must say, I prefer this one to my old one. If only for the cutie mark I made myself.

Alright, if anyone does indeed follow my blog, although I doubt anyone does, I'm more active on my Tumblr than I am on here. So, if you want to see more from me, go check that out. I will, however, try to at least mirror some posts on here.

Another Weird, yet strangely awesome, Dream
I only remember a few things about this one. I’m in another group. There’s a talking black cat, who is part of the group. There’s a dragon at one point, not part of the group. There’s these, I think semi-invisible, giant insect-like creatures. I end up trying to fight off a bunch of them and I almost end up dying. They’re in like a swarm or colony type thing, oh, and they utilize poison. There’s a bar full of… werewolves? They’re the type that transforms when they want. And they’re asshole. I remember them being complete assholes. And that’s all I remember. Freakin’ weird. Normally, I have dreams where I go places. Just exploring. Taking in the sights. Or exploring abandoned houses or buildings.
Weird, yet strangely awesome, Dream
I just had the weirdest dream. I can only remember bits and pieces, but it was kind of like the movie The Thing. There was this shape-shifting monstrosity, I barely remember it’s origin, I keep thinking of a big school building for some reason. Yeah, I think we, there was a few other people there who I barely remember, and we were hunting it down for some unknown reason. Wait! I remember a motel room, I think we we were running from the creature. Yeah, it was hunting US. Anyway, the highlight is at the end of the dream. We’d gone to someone in the group’s house, I think to check on their family, and we’re talking to his sister. But something was strange. And then we figure it out. It had taken her form. It figures out that we figured it out. Next, I remember a tentacle with this awesome blade at the end coming out of her back, and then it mutates back into it’s original form. I barely remember the epic battle, but the image of that person’s sister transforming into the creature will forever be burned into my mind.

My Thoughts on the Latest/Upcoming Video Game Releases.
MW3: I don’t play CoD games.
BF3: Couldn’t care less.
Skyrim: I support it because at least it isn’t a rehashed FPS. The only Elder Scrolls game I’ve played is Morrowind, and that was years ago.
Skyward Sword: …I wish I had bought a Wii instead of a 360.

Pony Creator
It’s times like this that make me wonder if I’m too much of a brony.
Nah.
Anyway, this is the best pony creator I’ve found so far.

Independent Music
Independently made music is so much better than music from anything on the radio. And I’m not just saying that because I hate pop music, or because I don’t like music played on the radio. I’m saying that because independent music is generally better.
It’s probably because of the amount of effort a single person has to put into just one song, as opposed to the current music industry churning out song after song. One person, putting in days, weeks, months, of work into just one song has something that current radio drivel doesn’t have. Love.
I’m not saying all popular artists don’t love their own work, or put a lot of hard work into it, but an independently made song just has so much more love put into it.

Why I Haven't Been Posting Anything
The reasons why I haven't been posting lately:
1. I spent three days in Galveston at Oni-Con and I'm still exhausted.
2. I helped my friends collect canned food for charity on Halloween (and then we handed out caramel covered onions).
3. I have a cold.
Since I'm sick with a cold now I'll be trying to post while I'm bedridden.
